Refunds

- The product file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
- The downloaded file is incomplete.
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have not downloaded it.
Refunds Will Not Be Provided If:
- The product has been successfully downloaded and is functioning as expected.
- Issues arise due to using.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
Refund Request Process:

Exchanges
If the purchased product does not meet your needs, you can request an exchange for another product of equal value within 2 days of purchase, provided it has not been downloaded or used.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds and exchanges will NOT be applicable for:
- Products that have been successfully send or provide download link.
- Purchases made beyond the specified refund/exchange period.
- Digital products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
